Firstly, Merry Xmas all.

Secondly, we have a kitchen table in use all year round, then a second identical table which we pull out for big occasions.

After a fairly recent housewives the second table has been stored in a garage, and when brought out is now no longer flat.

Is this going to be a moisture thing? If so if I leave it will it sort itself out, or do I need to do something more significant?

Advice appreciated

Thanks

Paul

Maybe.. is the unhelpful answer, let it sit indoors in a warmer dryer environment for a week and see. If you make any changes to it then store it in a damp garage again then I suspect it will move again.

Get some heat on the convex side of the table top for 24 hours and itll help flatten it.

A fan heater or oil fired rad, ideally placed below the convex side.

If its stored back in the garage itll prob do the same thing again.

Thanks all, so we're going to try and store the original one somewhere in the house, and keep the garage one in the middle kitchen as our day to day table, see if it sorts itself out.

Thanks

Paul
