I would like to make this wall cabinet and am not too sure how to go about routing the fielded panel. Advice please

More information needed. What are you making the cabinet from and what sort of finnish are you using? what tools have you to use? you suggest router have you a panel raising / stile/ rail jointing set? we could help you more with more info from you.
 
Sorry, but I was so pleased that I managed to get the attachment posted that I just pushed to go button.
The cabinet will be made from American White and finished using hard wax oil. I do have a panel raiser and a 1/2" Dewalt router mounted in a table. My problem is how (safely) do I do the curve. I have used the panel raiser on straight stuff.
The cabinet is 24" x 12" x 9".

yep thats what I'd do, make up two templates one for the rail and one thje panel use bearing cutter to shape same then treat as straight pieces. (I'm to careful to buy what i can make)
