Wadkin Surface planer info required

Hello everyone, my first time here and really hoping my fellow woodworkers can help with an issue I have. I have loved old English woodwork machines for a long time, with Wadkin being a favorite, I want to upgrade the cutterhead of my 16 inch Wadkin planer to hellical cutters but see that apart from the 400 series planer which I dont have Byrd do a cutterhead for a Wadkin KT556 planer. After searching the net, I cannot find out what planer that is, does anyone have any idea what planer that is or have a model number for that reference? Any help gents and ladies would be most helpful as I dont want new machines, they are not quite like Wadkin, I just want to establish whether the KT556 is a planer like mine. Many thanks

Yes, thats exactly where I am coming from, BUT which surface planer is the KT556 ? To my knowledge there are a couple wadkin planers that could be implied? Lemme see if I can add a pic of the one I have. Nope image too big.

Do you mean a surface planer or a thicknesser? That old chestnut crops up a lot.
