We've had a new cupboard built in our house and I've had the builders paint the frame and doors in white satinwood. The surrounding walls are magnolia or similar and the doors stand out a bit too much so I've decided to paint them the same colour as the walls. Can I get away with vinyl Matt or do I need to use satinwood? I'd prefer a Matt finish but wonder if it's going to be durable enough. TIA.

Yes, I did think of eggshell but it's pretty similar to satinwood isn't it?

Looking at the Dulux site they say eggshell is slightly more Matt than satinwood but less durable. Think I'll give it a try though.
