Upholstery websites?

I'd like to make a chaise longue for the conservatory, and have some basic plans thrashed out for the frame.

However, I've never attempted upholstery. Before I cheat and buy a memory foam mattress for the seat and back, can anyone recommend any websites teaching how to do it "properly"? And it this something for the novice to attempt?

Somebody made on eof these on tv- either Rico Daniels (Le Salvageur) or Norm.

If I were you, I would have a look at youtube to start with for somebody explaining how to do it, or a WIP etc.
