What a fantastic workshop, something I could only dream about. have you got the beer fridge and hot plate in yet.

Well done, looking forward to more pic's.

lol - did think about a fridge - except I've filled the workshop to bursting already! I'd also like a bandsaw but can't fit one in :(

Hi Digizz,

Fantastic workshop, well done!

i doth my cap if you dug the footings by hand.

Some things i'd like to mention;

Are you sure your not filming a new series of NYW in there?
In pics 6 and 9, if your fence and gate are straight, what's
happened to the house?
I restrain myself from commenting on pic 10.
Could you get your wife to have a word with my wife?
and finally.....
How much is the rent, and when can i move in?

TX

Digizz,

Nice workshop, but it will not be big enough once all of the (toys) tools are installed, DAMHIKT.

What did I say? LOL

I Know - it'll never be big enough! Pretty comfortable with the bench, TS, PT, Pillar drill, woodrat, DE and two steel cupboards though :)

Hi,

Just a quick question...

How much does the Damp Proof Membrane cost??

I have searched on the internet but i couldn't find a price anywhere!

Also how effective is it?

Ta

Tom

Well, I cheated and used PVC DPM from Jewson. Can't remember how much it was - something like £30 for a 50m roll (several meters wide). Could be wrong though. I should really have used a breathable membrane though.

Yes indeed - bloomin hard work!!!

Well - could do - I run a video production company as a day job! Would need to grow a beard though ;)

Ah, well that's the garage you see there - the house is behind that - the garden slopes away from the workshop/garage so it looks odd in the pic :)

No, you're right - I got caught short! ;)
