Hi James

The rollers are the idea of Jameel Abraham of Benchcrafted.

The wheels I used are a heavy duty nylon - a set of $10 swivel wheels that I took apart. They were the smallest I could find as I was looking for a construction that did not dominate. They have a diameter of about 1 1/2" and 3/4" wide. Honestly, the rollers must have taken 30 minutes to build and 5 minutes to fit. They transformed the leg vise from a stodgy affair into twinkle toes. I whole heartedly recommend this mod to every leg vise.

Good LORD Derek that is simply poetry for the eyes.....

And my favourite exotic as well.. Geees Louise that stuff is simply gorgeous.

The attention to detail and the superb craftsmanship are oozing from this project in the normal Cohen style.

Well done my friend...well done indeed!

I still cherish my little piece of Jarrah from Oz...it is very precious to me.

If you'll forgive me for paraphrasing Crocodile Dundee:

That's not workbench - THIS is a workbench!!

What an inspiration to us mere beginners! Thanks for sharing it.

Thanks for all the very kind words. Of course I have not yet completed the bench and accessories. That will, hopefully, be done this weekend. I will post again.
