That's a new one on me but it looks like a decent user. Good value whether it was £11 or £16.
I'd guess at the late 50s or early 60s. Maybe not British made, based on it not showing up before.

Thank you for trying :), BugBear wasn't impressed with it though, in my case it will do nicely until i get a record or stanley.

Context is all - I have a Record #043, #044, #405 and a Stanley #50. I'm not short of options.

they are imperial cutters, however they could be from any record/stanley set though.

the smallest is 1/8th and the biggest is 5/8th , as well as the record 043 i got from Scouse i am covered for a while.
