Anyone used one?

I am getting into the idea of a plunge saw for cutting up full size sheets as my TS200 is too small and I don't have enough space for it to use on big boards.

I can't decided on going cheap:

Scheppach or Triton

Or going up market and the Festool.

I probably wouldn't go Dewalt or Makita as I have a festool hose for my domino and there is little difference in price between the three.

However I am thinking that the scheppach or Triton might be fine for my needs. Anyone used either and have any thoughts? Particularly keen to know what people think of the Triton as I've not been able to find many reviews.

Evening Stu

Haven't used either of those I'm afraid,, but bear in mind the Festool Parallel Guides.

I must sound like a stuck record, as I keep mentioning them on posts like yours, but it's a killer to find out about them once you've already bought another saw :)

Cheers
Stu

Yep. I use mine all the time. The extensions are awesome for narrow cuts. I hardly ever use my table saw any more. That said, it's GTS10, so more of a site saw than a nice workshop saw.
