Anyone got one, I just bought one, about £100 for the holder, £60 for one set of blades.
Just tried it and its hopeless.
Anyone got one, any tips to improve the cut, tear out is horrendous.

Scuse my ingorance dr Bob but what is a bulls eye cutter? Is it anything like a rosette cutter?

Indeed, just different name.

I would have thought for a cutter of that size you'd need to be running at the lowest speed you can. I assume you have this mounted on your lathe, Bob?

just out of curiosity is the cutter sharp it may need to have a burred edge like a cabinet scraper to reduce the tearout also try adjusting the machine speed and feed rate

TC cutter mounted in a drill press. Tried all sorts of speeds.

The drill press ain't great as I only have a little one at present, sold my floor standing one as I never used it.
Ordered a new drill press today, coming Monday, hopefully that will help.

Out of curiosity what material are you trying to make the rosette in ? because the trend website says it is for use on mdf.
