Hello

I am wondering how you go about registering a trade mark.

We have created an original design for our products and wish to safeguard this for our use.

Has anyone out there done this ?


Any ideas ?

you will need to register the design right i think, rather than a trademark.

Is it an issue if I live in France or is this an international thing

sorry, I should have looked at the location.

There will be something similar I would think, but I wouldnt know where to start looking. However, the UK version will tell you what protection you can/neet to get for your design, and the requirements will be pretty universal.
