Been cleaning up an old unnamed dovetail saw and trying to remove what I thought was some pitting, then I realised it was what was left of the logo etched into the blade. It is so vague that it doesnt show on photos but one gets the impression that it was like a bird similar to a quail or parrot pecking the ground.... as I said it really is very vague but the more I look at it the more it appears so. Does anyone know of an etching that bears any similarity to this? Unfortunately it doesnt show up very well at all on photos so I cannot post it.

be grateful for any leads

I have tried photographing etches - even good clear ones are hard to photograph well.
