Going by the pictures I have a pack of these. Fine for touching-up the garden hoe or a pair of shears on the mower blades. I also use them for smoothing my lathe tool rests. But don't expect them to produce fine cutting edges - they won't!

Nevertheless, worth having for four quid.

Cheers,

Trev.

Gill,

Its not just a tool sharpening course the photographer needs, many of the items have odd pictures of how to use them.

I have just been to Aldi and from thursday this week they have a cheap scroll saw (£24.99) bench grinder (£11.99) and pairs of grinding wheels (£5.99) 6", 7" and 8", the 8" has a 1 1/2" wet wheel that looks like it should fit my Rexon grinder and as Trev says at the price its got to be worth having. :D
