Hey Moderator, you could move this across?

I wasn't really thinking about it when I posted

Besides, you can't even get through a topic in General, without these being dropped in!!

Hi, Adam,

I take your point.

My comment was lighthearted really - I wasn't trying to makle an issue

Cheers, Trev.

Hi folks

Whatever happened to "SWALK" & "BURMA"? Don't tell me you're all far too young to know those   .

Yours

Gill (Popping out of the bunker briefly to hear the nightingale sing in Berkley Square)

Do you ever come out your bunker Gill? You do seem to spend a lot of time running back towards it?

We should also note HWMBO, (as well as SWMBO) to be correct.

Up the proverbial creek
Gill,

No one's too young to know SWALK surely? Used frequently in the Peanuts strip was it not? Although I suppose mentioning Peanuts is showing your age these days :( A popular one amongst seafaring types used to be NORWICH, but as this is a family show I won't explain...

Especially for Gill, how about RBTB? Running Back To Bunker

Cheers, Alf
