If you have room, build a small waterproof shelter. It doesn't have to be a walk-in shed. Side it with spaced vertical 3 x 1 timber, each side of 2 x 2 pressure treated framework. Store your timber in that, and 'in stick'. The air can get to it and circulate around it. Bring stuff into your shop a week or so in advance of starting a job. Even then the cheaper materials you buy might bow or warp. Use this stuff asap after buying, for the 'run of the mill' jobs. I keep twisted and bowed timber for the shorter lengths of a job.
I don't buy timber to store any more. I buy as I need it and acclimatise it on trestles, in the shop.
