It isn't that I have to pay £5.25 booking fee on a £35 ticket.

It isn't that I have to pay £5.25 booking fee per ticket and then another £3.25 for them to put the tickets into a ruddy envelope and post them

No, it's because they will charge me £3.25 for their TicketFast system. £3.25 to print out the bloody tickets on MY computer !

B*stards. Trouble is they seem to hold a monopoly....so much for the toothless OFT.

I would have thought that was reasonable. When your travelling on a system that is reliable, fast and stress free. Just an idea, have you thought about using them for first class, seeing that you have paid extra or send them a bill for printer ink.

I thought ticketmaster was for shows and concerts etc. In which case its all about making as much money as possible off of someone else's hard work. Performers perform, venues set up, host and pay for all the consumables. Ticket companies just sell the pieces of card that let you in and host a website and make loads in the process.

I was about to question your sanity, then I noticed the 'rolly eyes' thingy so I assume you have suffered just as much as I have whenever I've had to use the train. I hope and pray that for the rest of my life I won't have to be treated that way ever again

I sympathise with Roger, being asked to pay all those 'extras' on top of an excessive price is taking the micheal
