Started as the remains of a branch of Eucalyptus. Didn't know what to do with it but am fed up of making blanks and bowls with 4 holes in the bottom (still waiting for the chuck to be delivered!!) Stuck a gouge and it and watched a shape take place then remebered an idea I'd seen about moving the head stock from centre to one side a couple of times. Thought I'd have a go and this was the result. Looks a lot better than the photo.

Can't be that bad as someone offered me £15 for it. Said no but the next one......

You mean that you can see that it was ended up as female? That in itself makes me feel good.....and the answer is no, if you mean SWMBO, she's not quite so wooden.
