Shutting down my workshop for the year, hope to restart next April 2013.

Tally for the year.

42 tissue boxes, plus one complete failure.
1, battery box.
1 Knife holder.
1 new roof for coal cellar.
1 new roof for cabin.
1 new cold frame.
1 box for stationary items.
1 new mitre jig.

So that was 5 months of pleasure and woodwork experience.

Thanks to all those that responded and for those gifts and exchanges.

strange man I do most of my workshop time in the winter when tis too cold to be out in the garden, or maybe you are a snowbird and run off to the sun for the winter.

DW, that haul puts my meager efforts to shame. Two or three part finished jobs, and one that is nearly complete, should that be another part finished? Worst of all way too much thinking. I hope the op goes well, enjoy the rest.

And I can say that I received one of the beautiful tissue boxes which my wife uses on her dressing table - a proud owner indeed!!

Enjoy your hibernation

That productivity [and quality] will put most hobbyist woodworkers to shame, it certainly does me. I just hope I can one day get my act together half as much as you.
