Hi all

I needed some additional guide bushes for use with my Leigh jig and I ordered them on Monday from Brimarc.

Incredibly, and also thanks to the Post office, they arrived today.

Many thanks to Kerry (Technical) who was very helpful in identifying my requirements. Incidentally, nobody at Brimarc knew that I had any connection with UKW, only that I wanted the bushes over the Christmas holidays.

Hi all

Thought I'd give you a further update. On Wednesday evening when I was fitting the adaptor and bushes I encountered a problem as Leigh had put the wrong part in one of the packs. Luckily they number the individual parts, so that I quickly knew it wasn't me.

Thursday morning and I call Kerry at Brimarc and explain my problem. He asked me to get the incorrect one in the post and confirmed that he would post the replacement straight away.

This morning, the next day, the replacement duly arrived.

I've had similar experience from Brimarc, they go that extra mile to satisfy customers.

Thanks everyone, I agree the Post Office bit is pleasing too. The PO does rather overstate the delays when the reality is a bit faster.
