Telescope

I wnat to buy a telescope for my conservatory, but don't really know much about makes etc. It will not be used for terrestrial viewing, only land based. Price I guess would be up to about 500 pounds.

Anyone out there give me any advise on make and type.

Opticron and Optolyth and Kowa all do good scopes in that price range. The only thing to remember is that with most of them the eye piece is extra as you can choose how powerful/wide field of view you want/need
One other thing it will need a tripod.
