I keep getting emails from teds woodworking offering dvd set of plans and various books. Has anyone ever bought these? What do you think of them?

Ted McGrath is quite possibly the biggest scammer on the whole of the internet.

He makes Nigerian's look honest (Other scam-stereotyped nations are available)

Personally I'd never buy anything from an unsolicited email. Unless it was someone you've bought from and subscribed to it shouldn't be getting past your email filter. Personally I wouldn't even open it. Ban the sender and report as spam unless you subscribed. Check your filters.

Some information about this scammer:

I never ever buy anything from a ciold caller nor from a spammer. No exceptions. If someone has a good product to sell for a decent prize they don't have to resort to that kind of marketing to sell it.

I once responded to a Nigeria-letter that came is private message on a forum by explaning to the "dame in distress" how she should buy a rope and look for a suitable tree and tie the knot and hang herself and suddenly all roblems will be solved. I also offered to reimburse her heirs for the cost of the rope once her death by hanging is confirmed by a trustworthy independent source
I wonder if "she" ever did read my reply......
