Level, square and properly fitted are artificial constructs of a materialist bourgeoisie society. A truly free spirit would throw the measure away and work by eye.
I would like a self adhesive one, being too lazy to repetitively get the stanley out of my pocket. If you insist on being imprisoned by convention, I use a Stanley tape measure and its not "gone off" in the garage, nice bright yellow. Not something I think much about really.
Act fast. I reckon Rees Mogg will want to ban the sale of anything calibrated in mm before too long, and I just can't get my head around furlongs and chains. Don't get me started on poles, links and ells.
There are loads of self adhesive tapes on Amazon in various colours, sizes and styles. My tape measure by the mitre saw is getting rusty.
Suggestions for a replacement with easily read numbers appreciated.
That's what I keep in my pocket, loath to disembowel one, I don't think it would stick down well anyway.Stanley Fat Max is the route to go.....not cheap but occ on offer...
Yes, I'm looking, hoping someone might recommend one rust proof, plenty sticky and easy to read. There are loads of self adhesive tapes on Amazon in various colours, sizes and styles.
