Well here I am again with more foolish questions, I am having such a good time clearing out my old workshop, I have a spanner with a symbol on it and I guess it is a make of car or bike? or just a symbol, anyway if anyone can give me an idea as to what they think it is
thanks again guys! (And possibly gals? to be politically correct)

Im not a 100% sure but think TW is a trade mark for williams spanners. I have a few old williams superslim spanners. They seem to be a good basic spanner.
 
Admiralty, War Office, Air Ministry.
MOD I suppose, presumably. Take your pick. it's Government Property.

Thank Heavens they didn't want to tattoo service personnel with an arrow! :mrgreen:
