don't know how true this is but it made me giggle!
Sir Bobby Charlton was asked how the 1966 World cup team would have done against the Iceland team.
After a little thought he replied " Probably would have beaten them 1:0 "
"Only 1 nil? " the interviewer expressed surprise
"Yes some of us are in our 80s now you know!"
