Suitable paint for kitchen cupboard doors.

I want to use a painted finish on cupboard doors in my kitchen. I don't have any spraying equipment, nor do I envisage getting any. Can anyone suggest a suitable paint for the purpose, to be applied by brush?

I used johnstones cupboard paint which is exactly for this purpose, I gave everything a good sanding and used a foam roller, it was hard wearing and gave a decent finish.

I have a small tin of dove-grey in that make. I'll try some green!
