Well, 2 really.

I bought one of the cheap diamond plates Trend were offering a while back

Today I bought a rather nice butcher boning knife, by Victorinox

Pretty much this;

It cost 30p, and I didn't even haggle.

But it was both blunt and nicked.

I am happy to say the aggressive diamonds removed the damage rapidly, and with good control.

(I then sharpened it)
