Well, I’ve bought an old Sedgwick tenoner, only it’s rather rusty so I’ve decided that a full strip and repaint is in order. I’ve ordered some great paint stripper that works really well......however to neutralise it states wash with soapy water.
This isn’t something I’ve done before (usually had access to a shot blaster) so I’m wondering how you stop the cast iron and sheet metal rusting when you neutralise the stripper?
