Hi,
Can anyone tell me the best way to remove bark from Ivy so its down to the bare fleshy wood? I want to create a lampshade using the Ivy...(also removing their stranglehold on trees). I remember seeing something in a woodworking magazine many years ago. I wish I had bought the magazine!! I had wondered about immersing it in boiling water. Has anyone tried that?
Any advice much appreciated
