photo I took, cut from 6mm birch ply no 2/0 blade 256 pieces
The weather has turned a bit nasty first lot of snow getting too cold to be in workshop
won't be posting for a bit (don't all cheer at the same time)

That looks very fiddly! both sides. tell me do you mark it out or just cut by eye? I think I would be cross eyed by the time I got half way across.

sorry about delay getting back to you
I don't use a pattern all cut free hand I have been cutting puzzles for so long now
when I frst started i used a pattern I prefer free hand
