Hi all. New to this site but have been lapping up your advice for a long while thank you 
My issue.
I have a Startrite TA 275 single phase
Has a normal 3 pin plug moved to a new property and bought this saw
Plugged in no power at all.
Bought a new capacitor now it starts and dies straight away blowing the plug fuse
This is in the garage of my property
What’s causing this and how do I fix it
