Had only a quick look at the speedi sleeves... looks like there mainly for bearings, although my internet's shoddy
at the moment ...
I must check what the set of Silverline blacksmiths drills I have goes up to ...
I know I have an extra 30mm one I got from China in the box, but I might spring for a smaller diameter since I'm
going to the engineers store tomorrow
I am thinking the pulley bore will be at least 2mm larger than the shaft, when I center it anyway.
Looks like some other contraptions going to have to get built
