Hi Guys

looking for help with my startrite 352 which I saved from being scraped ! I have blasted and powder coated it trying to put it back to a working machine .As you can see from the photos the previous owner removed the 240 volt contactor and overload switch and also the switch bracket. Was looking to replace these items to put it back to std working order the only thing I can’t find is the switch pin was hoping to make one but not sure what it looks like and how it is fixed to the switch lever. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have managed to find some of the missing parts from Alt saws but the switch pin is obsolete

Can’t help with the switch pin but there can’t be many people with a bar in the workshop!

I’ve the same machine. It has mechanical interlocks between the doors, the foot break, and the contactor. I’m not sure which part is the switch pin but happy to go take things off and measure/photo.

Mine was a three phase machine but expect the configuration of the interlocks and contactor are the same.

I rewired my saw to incorporate the original contactor into a new relay that feeds the VFD a run signal. I had to do this as the interlock and foot break act on the switch that it part of the original contactor.

As I said happy to measure the part if you have a diagram of which bit you mean. Just concerned for you that without an original contactor it’ll all be moot.
