Could someone please remind me of the formula to work out rise / going on a stair.

I can't recall but it is something like 2 x rise plus 1 x going equals the amount overdrawn in the bank....?

seriously though I know there is a formula but I need reminding.

Thanks in advance.

Sue

Twice the rise plus the going (2R+G) should be between 550mm and 700mm

Private stairs, max pitch of 42 degrees,

min go and max rise of 220.
