Not sure which machine it fits but if your top shaft comes out and below the collar looks like this then your in with a shot.

That's a very old piece of kit, it's of no use without the the jig that would go with it.

It’s a dovetail cutter holder for a spindle moulder. Perfectly useful with or without the Wadkin spindle moulder dovetail jig. I think it’s for either a Dominion or a Wadkin Spindle. You would need to specify the shaft / pin diameter and length along with the size of shank that it takes for any cutters to see if it’s of benefit to anyone.

The shaft is 1-1/2" and it takes 3/8" cutters.
The locating pin on the side is about 5/16".
