Well, yesterday at the Church Fete, is the first time I have ever sold any of my “artwork”.
All proceeds to the Church.

Scroll-saw work:-
The doorstops went like a flash, especially the Yellow Wood ones.
The animals also did well and also the puzzles for small kids.
My favourite the Meercat in Mahogany, about 150mm tall, was first to go, and I really loaded the price hoping it would not sell.

Other:-
Also sold quite a few “T” candle holders in Meranti and Beech.

I am not a “sales person”, and I think a good sales person would probably have sold a lot more.

It was good fun!

Well done Jaco, both for your great result in selling your work and also for your charitable actions . Ive always found that a good deeds done will benefit you to a greater degree over time

Congragulations... :D
I'm looking forward to the pictures if you are able to get some up, the childrens puzzles sound really good!

Cheers
Joe

A true salesperson would have kept the profits, and had a 'kind' of fun, but maybe not so satisfying
Well done Jaco.
