In the ad, it says they are 400mm deep, so by my estimation, thatd be 8x2.... looks a bit thicker than scaff board

I don't know if they're still around but a while ago on ebay there were a few sellers advertising "rustic" coffee tables for more than £100, they were nothing more than pallets with castors fixed to the underside.
