Skirting profile ID help

Trying to match this skirting. Thickness is 14mm, height is 95mm. Is it pencil round?
If so, I'm struggling to find a match. I don't think I have a router cutter to make that profile, but it's all over our house, so I doubt that it's bespoke.

Simplest method on making it would be a 7mm 14mm radius round over / quarter round bit in a router table with a fence.

Now you've made me think. I reckon I'm seeing a quarter circle there, so 14mm radius roundover?

Yes that's correct. For whatever reason I had half the thickness as the radius. Lets say I was tired.

It's a standard bull nose, surely? It shouldn't be difficult to find a match.

Bad picture maybe. I am 100% certain that I can tell MDF from pine.

I think you need to put your reading glasses on, there's clearly growth rings in the photograph and you don't get splinters with MDF

Yes, it's bullnose skirting and it's probably the most common type in the country so you can pretty much pick it up from any builder's merchant in a variety of sizes.
