Trying to match this skirting. Thickness is 14mm, height is 95mm. Is it pencil round?
If so, I'm struggling to find a match. I don't think I have a router cutter to make that profile, but it's all over our house, so I doubt that it's bespoke.

Simplest method on making it would be a 7mm 14mm radius round over / quarter round bit in a router table with a fence.

Looks like MDF not Pine ?

I think you need to put your reading glasses on, there's clearly growth rings in the photograph and you don't get splinters with MDF 🤣

Yes, it's bullnose skirting and it's probably the most common type in the country so you can pretty much pick it up from any builder's merchant in a variety of sizes.
