Hi Adam

Neil said, "The Leigh jig is just fabulous".

OK, I'm not denying it!

Neil said, "for the record both the Trend and the Leigh will cut an angled M&T".

OK, within limits, as they have limited width and height restrictions. What about compound angled mortice and tenon? . Oh yes, the 'Rat can do it, (I'll admit you would have to make a simple wedge for the angle in one direction, but the compound bit would be easy.)

I don't know about the Leigh, but unlike the Rat the Trend has neither a width nor a height limitation.

You've also finally admitted that you can't put a dado blade in the Rat!!!

Cheers
Neil

Ahhh the Leigh..........now where is me credit card. I really dont cut enough mortices/tenons to justify it.

Wish i had their dovetail jig though, ahhhh well...............think the propelling pencil will be the next major purchase.

Aidan.
