Hi

I have used SGS previously for 2 generators (one was stolen) and a chainsaw. They have all worked well.

The chainsaw is a beast and cuts through another I have asked if it. It's a beast to start and not for the faint hearted!

Customer service has been good when I gave needed it too .

I have used SGS once. They were out of stock on eBay and on the website but a quick email to customer services sorted that. The product arrived as planned.

It is very difficult to judge a company on occasional transactions but I would happily use them again.
