My trusty HP DesignJet 110plus has just had a bit of a malfunction, resulting in a puff of acrid smoke and a lightly charred yellow print-head.
Given being able to print in A1 is basically a convenience (I can print off work's plotters in the Birmingham or Surrey offices and get it posted if I need to) rather than a requirement, I'm not in a hurry to spend too much on it, so looking for recommendations of a reputable service company who won't try to upsell me to a new printer unnecessarily.
