September Challenge - The results

Hi all
Paul has spoken and the results are...

Hi Nev,
Here's the results -

1st - Sheptonphil - A good shape, particularly the elevated foot.
2nd - Heatherw - Good proportions and nicely finished
3rd - KimG - The black outside and metal leaf inside give it an oriental feel
4th - Bale - Well thought out and hollowed foot takes it up another level too.
5th - Dennisk - A simple shape well executed.

Not an easy one to judge! Well done to all who had a go.

Thank you Paul and all those that had a go, I think a tuff one to judge this month, glad its not up to me

Oooh, congratulations Phil, my eye kept coming back to your bowl every time I went over the entries. Thanks so much Nev for organising, it's the highlight of my month (sad, eh?)

On hols in th Canaries at present so only just picked up result, now that is a nice surprise. Again super entries from all with the different designs, and thanks for the comment Heather. thanks also again to Nev and Paul for running the competition. Two months ago, in the cube v cup vote there were 18 votes, where are the other 10 voters when it really counts?

Time for all to try this months delicate design, according to SWMBO I don't do delicate in anything, usually the biggest hammer :lolling

Time to prove her wrong.

An other month has come and gone and another comp. has been won . Congrats to all who participated all are winners you may not get a prize ,but you have your work published.
It must be getting harder on the judge each month , all though the numbers of entries is small the quality of work makes it hard to reach a decision IMO .

Well done to all who made the effort to post an entry . BIG thank you to NEV. and PAUL. for their time .

Looking forward to this month's . So get turning .
