( Sorry folks a trial post to see how picture upload goes...)

Had to replace a couple of steel 'security' doors on our units today, thought some of you might be amused to see how the parts of the frames were connected at the corners...

Yes plastic furniture blocks!!

To be fair the door frames are welded into our units so its not much of a problem, we dont use this type of door now (not for years thankfully) and our current brand is a lot better made.

Lets see if I got the picture uploaded right...

Well look at that.

Think I've cocked this next bit up, not sure how to put the pics into text..

Old door and frame out, what a mess.

New door and frame stitched in and sealed round with PU sealer (similar to sikaflex), waiting for paint and furniture.
