Personally I don't think there is any need to sand scroll saw cuts, the blade moves so fast it leaves the surface like glass anyway.
Still, someone might find them useful.

I made my own a few years back now, but rarely use them, I find a polishing brush in a drill press removes all fuzzes very quickly and leave a very smooth finish.

To make, save an old blade the thicker the better, say a number 12, glue a lolly/craft stick either side of blade, like making a sandwich, fix with adhesive the grade sand paper of your choice to the sticks, job done, works well.

Don’t try using nail/manicure sticks, as a couple or so strokes and they are finished, been there done it. :roll:

Years ago made dozens from wife's nail files and epoxy ----- never used any as found I never had a need for them . But exercise was interesting
