I want to cut a piece of worktop to fit in an unsquare(a bit more than 90 degrees, which I think makes things easier). There is also a rectangular cutout needed in the corner, to accommodate some boxed in vertical pipework. Other stuff in the kitchen means that it is not possible to displace the worktop laterally to scribe the actual piece, so I might need to make a template. It might be that some really accurate measurement would be adequate.
Anyway, I thought I'd just ask here first, before going ahead and making a mess of things, as there is so much knowledge and expertise in these forums.

Another question: The worktop will have a small chamfer top and bottom, to match the existing, free standing worktops. I'm planning to chamfer the back and the unsquare end. How about the cutout? Apart from the fact that it would be hard to do with a router, I suspect it would look weird.
