The discount gets applied on the dispatch confirmation email. Had mine thru OK.

If you read further into the thread you'll see that they got the discount. I placed my order at 12:39 and my dispatch email came at 14:32 with the 20 quid taken off.

Broke an order up into three parts and placed it around 11 p.m last night. Have just got confirmations for the first two. And as the man said, £20 off each one. Assuming that the third comes through the same, will have saved £60 on a £180 order.

Yes. The third order was also discounted. :lol:

And to give credit where it is due....The original orders were delivered yesterday. One of them was incorrectly packed and also had some damaged bits. first time I had an order go wrong in the 5 or 6 years of using Screwfix. Phoned Screwfix about it around 18:00 last night. The replacements were delivered today.

I think customer service of that sort gets a vote in my book anyday.
