Screwfix again

I placed an order online with Screwfix and offset a £10 voucher against it.
On receiving the invoice the voucher had not been applied. Called Srewfix and was told it would be credited to my credit card. Credit card statement arrived today - no credit. called them again - sorry sir we cannot pass a credit to your credit card but will send you a voucher to use against your next order. No I want to speak to a supervisor - the same answer.
This is the final straw with them - use the voucher and stop using them.

yep your right, but they are convenient

I orderd last week some flurecent lights for the shop, were on special order, but when i checked out, it was at full price, ](*,) so i on the phone, and they will send me a voucher - again :twisted:

Most of the time they get it right to :wink:
