While waiting for glue to dry on my latest project thought I would just cut this Scottie dog. Should have used a thinner blade. Made from oak is about 1/2" thick and the plan is one of Steve Goods.

i must admit i am not keen on the puzzle things although they have there place, i am however so much more interested in the little teaser you stuck at the back of it, namely the car, from what i can see that is a belter, please tell more..

I'm with Steve on this, the puzzle is the car in the background. Please tell us about it.
I see what you mean about should have used a thinner blade on the dog.

It is a 1936 Ford from Toys and joys plans that I am building at the moment. it is about 17" long.
And as a little more of a teaser.

The complete build up todays work can be seen http://s702.photobucket.com/user/diggerdelaney/library/1936 Ford

Thank you Martin it takes no more patience than doing a piece of fretwork    Have spent the day adding some of the detail work. Tomorrow will get the scroll saw set up to make some parts for the windscreen frame and rear view mirror.
