I have never seen a scheparch table saw can anyone tell me if thre is a stockist in Devon and also if the website for scheparch is known?

The worlds best kept secret! Then click on the Scheppach logos, you may need to try both the green one and the blue one. To be honest, I'd just grab the number of it and ring them (NMA) and get them to post you a copy of the brochure. They'd also be able to tell you over the phone who has stock (if anyone) nearby.

NMA are the importers, so know everything about local stockists etc. The other place to try is http://www.scheppach.de/e_index.html it's a bit dodgy on the translation, but it does have the full catalogue, which NMA don't have on thier website (why ever not god only knows...)...
