Scheppach HS-105 setup (- or any table saw)

Thanks to all who have previously contributed on this subject - all very informative.

My question is - at what point do you "bite the bullet" and start adjusting?
My blade is about 0.35mm difference between front and rear readings - is that acceptable?
Blade vertical angle is 89.6 - is it worth correcting?

Secondly, if I have to adjust blade relative to table/mitre slot:
Do I adjust blade housing (via brackets either side), or table top via bolts in each corner of table underside?
