I would give it a miss. Looks like there would be loads of vibration and it does not look like its got morse tapers in the head and tail stocks. Its just too lightly built for turning. A DML 24 would be 100 times better than that

Looks like the Lidl Parkside one to me, and that has no Morse taper and a unique thread on the headstock if I read it correctly.
I've seen a couple of Chinese mini lathes go on eBay recently for that sort of money and at least you can put after market chuck on those. Often badged as Charnwood, Sealey, Draper, etc
